The Compleat Kitchen Shipping and Return Policy - The Compleat Kitchen strives to have advertised items in stock. Occasionally, however, an advertised item may not be available for purchase due to unforeseen difficulties. We have done our best to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. Errors and omissions occasionally occur and are subject to correction.
Shipping and Return - Refund Policy.
Your shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of the items and the shipping address. The shipping fee includes the delivery confirmation and package tracking fee.
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive the products. Shipping is comprised of two parts: processing time and shipping time. The Compleat Kitchen will process your purchase order as soon as possible; however, we cannot promise the exact date of arrival for your package. We will notify you by email when the order is processed and shipped, along with tracking number.
Unused and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, used, or not in original package. Similarly, we cannot accept returns of food items (including icings and shave ice syrup). Returned items must be in suitable condition for resale.
Before shipping the returned items, please contact us at email@example.com for a return authorization form and authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once you complete the return authorization form, securely pack the merchandise, and ship to the Compleat Kitchen, Kahala Mall Store, via U.S. Postal Service or UPS. We recommend that you insure your package for protection against damages. Customers pay shipping fee for returns.
It may take 7-10 business days for transit time, plus an additional 4 business days upon receipt for the return to be completed and refund to be issued to your account.
Only items purchased online at www.shopcompleatkitchen.com may be returned by mail.
Hawaii residents can drop off returned items at the Compleat Kitchen Kahala Mall store, along with the completed return authorization form, and the original invoice. Refund for items purchased online at shopcompleatkitchen.com will be credited to the original credit card or debit card account; there is no in-store refund. In the rare case that your shipment contains a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
